Real estate can be sold at absolute, where the sellers accept the last bid, or
sold with a reserve, where the sellers reserves the right to accept or reject the last bid.

Terms:
Successful bidders will be required to deposit 15% of the purchase price in escrow with the sales management at the time and place of the auction. Closing will be on a mutually agreed date within 30 days. At closing, upon delivery, the balance of purchase price will be due. All information is from sources deemed reliable, but not guaranteed by the auctioneers or anyone connected with the auction firm. We act as agents only. The property is selling “where is- as is”, subject to restriction, reservation, and easements, if any, now existing against said property. All announcements made at the time and place of the auction, take precedence over printed advertising.
