Terms and Conditions

BIDDER NUMBER – Proper valid (current) I.D. Required

PAYMENT – Cash & Check, or Visa, Discover, MasterCard or American Express with a 4% handling charge.
10% buyers premium on absentee & phone bids.

Letters of credit or guarantee maybe requested for certain auctions. All items must be paid for in full before bidder leaves the premises. A bidder who stops payment on a check or gives a bad check will be responsible for any and all expenses, which may occur from their action and will be subject to prosecution.

Sales tax collected where applicable.

No buyers premium or hidden cost.

NO WARRANTY….. All items are sold as is, where is, without guarantee of any kind. Any information known about the item will be disclosed (chips, working, non working) and deemed reliable from sources, but not guaranteed by the auctioneer or anyone connected with the auction firm.

Any announcements day of auction supersede all printed material.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
After a bidder has won the bid with his/her high bid, they have become the new owner of the item(s), even though they may not have paid for the item(s) yet. The item(s) become the full and sole responsibility of the buyer at this point, and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage of the item(s). Buyers should guard their item(s) accordingly. If loss or damage occurs, the buyer still must pay for the item(s). All purchases must be removed day of auction, unless other arrangements are made between seller (or Agent) and buyer (or Agent).

The auction company (or his agents) is not responsible for loss or injury.
